Should you decide to cancel or postpone your subscription, please log into your Simon Ourian M.D. account, navigate to your account section and select "Your Subscription" - please make sure you are in your correct subscription if you have more than one under your account. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will find a "Postpone Shipment or Cancel Subscription" button and follow the instructions.
If you choose to postpone your subscription - this does not postpone your payments if you have an active subscription it will just postpone your next shipment of products. Should you chose to cancel your subscription this will cancel your next box from being sent to you, but we will continue to take any remaining instalments for the existing active subscription.
